Refund Policy

1. Overview

At DrPanda, we strive to provide excellent service to all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to appointments, consultations, and other services booked through our platform.

2. Appointment Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation by Patient

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before appointment: No refund

2.2 Cancellation by Healthcare Provider

If a healthcare provider cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5-7 business days. You may also choose to reschedule with the same or different provider at no additional cost.

3. Video Consultation Refunds

Refunds for video consultations are available under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing the consultation from taking place
  • Doctor unavailability or no-show
  • Consultation lasting less than 5 minutes due to platform issues

Note: Refunds are not available if you miss the consultation or join late.

4. Diagnostic Test Bookings

  • Cancellation before sample collection: Full refund
  • After sample collection: No refund (test will be processed)

5. Medicine Orders

  • Before dispatch: Full refund on cancellation
  • After dispatch: Refund available only for damaged or wrong items
  • Prescription medicines: Non-refundable once dispensed (as per regulations)

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Go to your booking history in the DrPanda app
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  3. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
  4. Our team will review and process your request within 2-3 business days

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultations
  • Processed diagnostic tests
  • Dispensed prescription medicines

  • No-show appointments

9. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our support team. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
